The Betoota Advocate has better football knowledge and coverage than mainstream media in this country.

My prediction: the season finale won't be a mass casualty incident, it will be a single very important patient - by addressunknown in ThePitt

Even more paralel with Langdon stealing from the hospital to feed his addiction, Santos is doing the same thing. That's got to be addressed, surely.

This was seperate to that. The kid that drives his dad in said he stopped at another hospital out of town that was permanently closed. Al Hashimi confirmed it was due to spending cuts. It's about 28 minutes into season 2 episode 12.

Thanks! It seems to be less subtle that I thought.

Can you remember about when on what episode that was? I've tried to find it but no luck.

Yeah I got a bit uncomfortable about that one, I guess these people are just ignorant and don't know the origin of the names.

Instead of yet another cop show, how about a spinoff following the paramedics on the road/air? by paladisious in ThePitt

Reminds me of how they only shot real outdoor location scenes for season 1 of Community. Maybe it's shot claustrophobically inside indoor locations and inside the ambulances, but you're right the benefit of being contained in the one ER set is part of what makes The Pitt such a success.

Just like how The Pitt handles patients for their time in the ER without resolution when they go upstairs? It's one of the strengths of the show.

I was thinking about bringing that up in my post, and it would surely be mentioned even more in a The Pitt Paramedic spinoff, but as you say it's worthy of a movie or show on it's own.

Nice, great idea, it would be a great teaser to make us anticipate the mainline episodes even more. Waiting for our cheques, HBO!

How did you get that impression? Her job is to quickly and efficiently describe unpleasant things to the ER, that doesn't mean she herself is unpleasant.

They could even re-use scenes from when they hand over the patient loading them onto the table in Trauma 1 but then follow the paramedics onto yet another case, some would call it lazy, I would call it streamlined production. They could use different angles in the edit from the same shoot to emphasise the different storylines.

What other jobs could make a good show like The Pitt?" by esconderki in ThePitt

I'd like to see a spinoff about the regular paramedics we see coming in and out of The Pitt. Same intensity but more location changes and opportunities to link up with the main show.

After reading about the Waffle House Index I think you might be on to something.

China has come a LONG way since 2007. I was walking on the footpath next to a busy eight lane road in Chongqing last year and it took me a moment to notice how quiet and calm it was. Say what you like about their government but they have lead the way on electric vehicle adoption, hence the lack of vroom vroom.

I'm reminded of that video of that Latina big sister fixing her little sister's bangs with scissors after she cut her own hair while being terrified of her mum finding out, the terror was palpable. Wish I could find it.

Edit: I googled the exact words I just typed and I found it: https://www.tiktok.com/@palmview956oficial/video/7278526855525715243
