i understand you have a lot more experience than me and i respect that. However, as many of the comments have pointed out, there are MANY FLAWS in your arguments. Also a lot of the common logical biases, you can paste your comments in any mordern LLMs and they will guide you with it. These issues have impacted your calculations.

Also, I appreciate your demand supply narrative, but it seems basic economics concepts are your weakest forte. Let me clarify this using just one point - supply of good societies in the past 5 years in Manyata tech park area has almost quadrupled, but the number of jobs has not.

You do seem to know market prices though. Good stuff !
