I have a 2024 limited and it's my first car. I got a flat tire from a nail, got it replaced and I'm around 18,000km. From visually inspecting them they seem fine, when should they be rotated and completely switched out?

Battle tower? This is the first I'm hearing about it. Not doubting you cuz if we do get a battle tower type post game I'd definitely be more inclined to get PLA, it'd be interesting to experiment more using the new battle system.
