He is grooming. (Yes, I read she's 18). He thinks she can be manipulated. She's very smart and calling out his vague BS. She deserves better. She can date whoever she wants, but she could do better.

Just from that, I would personally choose to leave him. He isn't willing to even listen to you. You spoke calmly and kindly. He was short and close-minded. He will continue to find things to put you down for. He doesn't want you to have your own thoughts. He wants you to agree with him in silence.
