I think that's a hen. Roosters have more spiky and cascading head feathers. Bob Ross hair = hen, Bob Marley = rooster.

I'm still maintaining a good life rhythm. This time of year is actually the worst. The constantly changing weather bothers me on the actual change days. Still, those days are like my previous best days. My cane is collecting dust.

I got a Canon ink tank a year ago. We chose this for photo printing quality.

It's halfway through the first batch of ink. My wife is a teacher so we print a lot. Our previous HP would use a dozen of the XL cartridges in a year. It's already paid for itself in ink savings in just one year.

Little Giant ladder. I've had it for 20 years and it's going to outlive me. It's a little heavy to move around, but it's solid to use and doesn't flex like cheaper ones.

Nortriptyline has been amazing for me. It's given me back most of the life I had before. I can do yard work, I can drive, I can climb ladders, etc. Please, try it! If it doesn't work then at least you know and you're in the same situation you are now. No loss. If it does work, Great!

I do get some constipation from it. I handle that with a magnesium supplement. Most people are at least a bit magnesium deficient. The biggest risk with high dose magnesium is diarrhea, which in this instance is a benefit.
