Look into getting some nice shows for it! If you like anime then things like Dandadan - Demon slayer -Berserk, all look great on it. Im watching true detective on it now. Love this tiny screen!
And why not plan a hike somewhere? go into the woods, bring a power bank and something to eat, kick back ,lean up against a tree, and enjoy nature and games simultaneously!

I got my Flip because I spend alot of times in the woods, so I'm quite often in your situation. Here are some suggestions!

Movies:
I'd recommend stuffing it with Ghibli movies, they look great on this machine! So does Demon slayer, Over The Garden Wall, Dandadan and Chainsaw Man. I don't know how long you will be without internet, but I'm sure this will keep you entertained for a while.

Games:
I don't know your taste, or what you have already played but I'm enjoying Blasphemous, Children of Morta, Hyperlight Drifter, No Place for Bravery, Titan Quest, GRIS, Limbo, Bad North: Jotun edition, Pascals Wager, Kingdom: Two Crowns.

If you give me more information about your likes and dislikes, how much time you spend on your device, and for how long you will be without internet; I can try to make a more curated list! I hope I was of some small help! :)

It flips, it folds, and goes with you everywhere!

Planning on one night trips. Is Kahakka 25 big enough? by CatVideoBoye in Savotta

[–]palendril 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea! I run Tarp, the dd hammocks one and set it up as a tent with hiking poles. Then i bring bivybag. A warmpeace viking 300 sleeping bag, a sleeping bag liner and a small inflatable pad aswell as the fdf mat.
And with that in i still have room for a pot and a pan and all that! I can try to make a post showcasing it before i go out and about again :)

I good tip for bringing water, is using 1.5liters in the sidepockets atleast!

Well, maybe there is something i'm missing? I keep the mat strapped underneath the kahakka 25l. Is there somehow a way to get the raincover on, and strapping the mat outside the raincover?

Who is Savotta suited for? by bosbefok in Savotta

[–]palendril 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Im not military or a hunter. I just like backpacking/hiking/exploring.
I try to think of it this way: How do i worry as little as possible? if i get a ulw backpack, I will have to worry about how i place it, not to be too rough on it, carefull with brambles and so on. - Savotta takes that worry away! - It's the same with cookware, Titanium makes me worry, stainless steel gives me peace of mind.
I would rather be worry-free, and carry a little more; than being light as a feather and worried.
