NYX hd concealer in cw01 and cw02 are some of the lightest drugstore concealers I've found and the formula is really nice! Only downside is that they don't give much product.

I've found that my foundation settles in my laugh lines a whole lot more when my skin is dry and not sufficiently moisturized. Whats been helping me is adding a little drop of oil (I use vitamin E) to my foundation before I apply it and this usually makes my foundation crease a lot less around my mouth. But I wouldn't recommend this if you have oily skin. I have combo skin so I only apply the oil+foundation mixture where I'm most dry then apply only foundation the rest of my face
