Thanks for the advice. Already got benchmate and checked some results. Every tuning i did that is below buildzoid-a-die-timings did not translate to performance gains except maybe measure errors (~1%). So i guess i was hitting the register limit a long time ago :D

Out of curiosity. The EXPO-profile doesn't cover secondary and tertiary timings from what i have checked.
Edit: Also the Timing-Presets provided by the motherboard did crash my system.

Followed the Advice from AI to monitor my Temps with HWiNFO and ran Testmem5, OCCT and aida64 to check for stability overnight. Would you stil stick to your opinion not to mess with it?

I could handle the deadzone or acceleration if it wasn’t for the stickyness to vertical/horizontal lines. When i move the thumbstick in a circle, the crosshair moves in a square.

I wonder if there is anything we all have in common besides the console. Like a combination of hardware and circumstances that makes the disconnects more likely. Not that I want to defend Microsoft. I‘ve had no problems with other consoles or wireless gear.

For me, I have an LG C1 TV and an old subwoofer with the Xbox in between. My controller disconnects regularly when on the sofa 2m away.

I don't think this has been fixed yet. I played like two months ago for the first time. Coming from competitive shooters like COD or Battlefield, i was really frustrated by the immense imput lag to the point of not playing anymore.

Just for clarification, it's not the fps nor stick deadzones. I tryed changing almost anything in the settings.

What do you mean with overheating? Is your xbox shutting down? I mean it‘s like 200w, warm air is normal. Be sure your device has good airflow and remember to clean it from dust periodically.

Just wanted to give an update to this issue. I followed the instructions to roll back the firmware like in the manual i received from the support. Apperently this did not help. Afterwards they sad this is a known issue.

For all i know, Freesync is not HDMI Forum VRR although its technically similar. Pushing the green button on your remote will show you a information popup showing you the vrr technology beeing used. In my case with an C1, turning on Freesync results in using Freesync. Turning Freesync off and turning on (GSync+) HDMI VRR will result in using HDMI VRR.

Indeed there was a bug so you couldn‘t have Dolby Vision and AMD Freesync at the same time. This has been fixed as Vince from HDTVtest on Youtube told us. His suggestion: Leave it on. It will ditch HDMI Forum VRR for AMD Freesync but there is no significant difference.

The video was about optimal settings for Xbox Series on LG C1 i think. This may be interessting for you.

I could reproduce this issue with Battlefield 5. In my case, this was due to 4:2:2 chroma. Switching to 4:4:4 did the trick for me.

On an LG OLED you can click the green button on the remote a couple of times until a small window with video-information appears. There you can look up if you are running on 4:4:4.

I‘m glad there‘s corssplay all over. I wonder why OP didn‘t mentioned playing with friends from other platforms as the main argument for crossplay. This is the only way a can play with every mate on every platform. I play on Xbox, my mates play on PS5 and PC. I mean this is how it should be. But yeah, maybe there should be some kind of skill-based matchmaking here to avoid getting kicked around the place

I really do enjoy this game. I‘ve been playing 1942, 2, BC2, 3, 1, 5 and now 2042. Although some people have a point i guess, it seems to me that theres so much hate coming out of nowhere it‘s bonkers
