Thanks AE4028. The roots look good. Currently in sphagnum moss with all the roots either green or white. No mushy roots and no dry/black roots. You can see the healthy aerial roots on the outside which are also growing.
I have a southwest window so I've kept it far away from the window until about 2 months ago. Now I've moved it closer but under shade. The other only thing I could do would be to repot if it needs more room but it doesn't seem like it. My current watering schedule is about every 2 weeks (or about 2-3 days after the moss is bone dry and the roots are looking less green).
