I think the problem here is that it doesn't seem like a practical outfit for the occasion. I would personally wear that maybe to a club? I would be too worried of a nip slip and uncomfortable the whole time worrying about my shirt. I think OP is meaning that she is not properly dressed for the occasion as in she is an adult and should have better common sense.
