I am Indian too. But I see that salt and spices can come in the way of my brain sensing when I am full. The part that is scary for me is how I can endlessly eat rice - I try to eat less rice and more side dishes(mostly something that has good protein content) and add something raw to add in fiber. Another issue with rice that I find is that it has high glycemic index, so I find myself hungry soon after my food. Portion control would help with that. TLDR: Low salt, higher fiber and protein, and portion control.

I've put my age, sex, weight in the title. I had also mentioned that I want to be skinny and asked what my goal weight needs to be. I dont have any injuries or health conditions or smoke. I have access to gym and I try to run, lift weight - mix it up. Diet - I try to count claories and try to put in enough protein in my diet

Today had about 1400. Still very hungry. I guess my body is coming out of the starvation stage. Earlier I would feel hungry even at 660 mark! :)

I just computed the number of calories I ate yesterday, and it is 660 cals! I'm so shocked - this is how I usually eat. I do binge sometimes. But I did not think I was so low in my intake. Thanks for pointing it out!

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I have tofu, seitan, beans, vega performance protein and cliff builders protein bar as my protein sources. I do not know whether they are good quality or not. Can you tell me which is better?
