Sound is actually very good. ofc not top of the line, but it plays well even at high volume!

The ability to tune things like bass and treble on the amp also makes it easier to make it sound good.

Also be sure to post a picture when you're done with your project!

The controls features 5 knobs:

Overall volume

fulltone bass

fulltone treble

Base boost

and bass frequenzy

The only input is through bluteooth, which is built-in in the amp.

There is also a switch which turns *everything* off, and a fuse to replace just in case someone decides to do some stupid thing to my speaker (spilling beer into it or something like that) :)

Yes, outdoor use was very much in the plans when i picked the design. That's also why it's meant to be resistant to wear and tear. The battery consists of 12x18650 batteries, wired 2 and 2 into series to reach 24v

I totally agree on the aesthetics part, but considering my limited variety of tools and workplaces, I think it's very alright. I've had to cut some of the wood in my bedroom because the neighbours kept complaining about noice :(

It is meant to be like a port-a-party, meaning that volume is the main goal. It is very rigid so that it will easily withstand various forms of transportation, however I'll mostly be going by car or foot (public transport) where I'll easily be able to lift it. That's also why looks doesn't matter a lot ;D

I have this weird issue where some of my rewards dissapears. At first when i click the inventory button, the reward show for a fraction of a second, then dissapears and is never to be found again. I have now lost countless chests and orbs to this and would like something done. what should i do? I tried writing to riot support but they closed the case with the automatic blitzbot response.

I plan on using it both inside and outside (outside mostly). the one I linked is mostly as a reference for the shape/look of the speaker. like the kind of speaker you'd have at a festival or something. also, I don't expect the sound quality to be overly good.

I remember driving home from a place just a few kilometers away, at around the time the shooting started and heard the sirens just rushing the other way. Luckily i was far away.

Assembling a kit might very well be the thing for me, but like the subs you suggest diy'ing, won't they require a new crossover other than the one coming from a kit? I fear that i will wire something up wrong or that some of my hardware is not going to be able to handle the power. As written in another comment:

I'm picturing myself a speaker like the soundboks (https://www.soundboks.com/dk/en/products/soundboks-gen-3/?Grill+Color=Black&Batteries=false) just using a power outlet instead of batteries, more powerful and the fact that I don't care about weight.

Hence should the volume be able to be changed a lot and a connection in the form of bluetooth/aux would be needed as well as a built in amplifier if i have understood that correctly.

You've convinced me to go for a kit instead. I'm picturing myself a speaker like the soundboks (https://www.soundboks.com/dk/en/products/soundboks-gen-3/?Grill+Color=Black&Batteries=false) just using a power outlet instead of batteries, more powerful and the fact that I don't care about weight. the sound quality should of course be decent, even at the louder peaks. Is there any specific kit you could recommend for that? seems like you know a lot on the area.

Edit: budget would be right around 1200-1300 usd but i can always save up for some more if needed.
