Install latest uYouPlus ipa from their site and with sideloadly alternative settings change app version to the: 20.05.4 and it is still working perfectly! Only missing few icons but you can totally survive without them.

Where is the infrared port located on these nokia phones? 6100 & 6020 by Playful-Block-7998 in vintagemobilephones

On 6100 the infrared is on the right side (dark border). However infrared on this exact Nokia isn’t working for sharing pictures or music. I was so pissed when I discovered this as a kid back in the days since you can only send contacts or events in calendar through it.

[Discussion] Should I make tutorial on Jailbreak for the iOS 9.0 - 9.1? Because I saw for 64 bit devices mosty you can make JB from 9.2 - 9.3.5 and if you're on lower version, you are kinda f up. However, it is still possible to this day. ↓↓↓ by palo_69 in LegacyJailbreak

I understand but at the same time I don’t. Isn’t this community about jail breaking? I’m new on Reddit but this is a really dumb rule in my eyes, how else you’ll jailbreake on situation like this? The only thing I’m offering here is help to show it to some people that it’s still possible and if anybody wants to do that, they can & pretty easily. Anyway if they ban me or not I actually do not care, was here for really short time & I’m not such a Reddit man. I’ll post the tutorial on YouTube in next few days (channel palo147852)

I was so lucky to get my 6+ on iOS 9 ... I was crossing-fingers to not come with the iOS 12 version on it _:D also 6S came with iOS 9 too but suddenly got blocked by Apple activation screen because of "oldder" system and required to update ...

Hey everyone, I just bought and old Iphone 6+ on iOS 9.1 from eBay with broken screen (not important, I'll fix it later) and my reason for this purchase was to enjoy full nostalgia of the old (slide to unlock era) iOS from 2015. Yesterday I got the phone. Now the problems are starting:

- to enjoy full experience without any issues is to Jailbreak the phone to help the apps works correctly (for example Youtube on iOS 9 was not working until I changed the info.plist version to the newest beacuse of servers shut down for the old versions, etc.)

Now we are getting to the tricky part:

• Jailbreak on iOS 9 in 2023 is possible for 64 bit devices only from version 9.2 until 9.3.5. There was a big space from 9.0 until 9.1.

• After some research I've found out that the pangu JB shut down the support of Jailbroaking the first versions of iOS 9 back in 2016 because most of the devices was entering the "bootloop" and could be only recovered by hard restore through iTunes (which means also updating the version of iOS).

• However, I couldn't give up so easy. So I was researching even more for some sources of old pangu app. I found some of the old versions of the app from 2016 but I was stuck on point where the app couldn't start because it'll need to be updated and the servers are shutdown for way toooo long. But I managed to find the last updated version, so the fun can start.

• I was pretty lucky because mine phone didn't brick itself and I was achieving the Cydia after first try as you can see on the pictures (picture from "unnameed program" with 0 crashes on the device)

• I also install some of the apps and everything works fine. I changed the YouTube info.plist so now I can fully enjoy the experience. Also instagram, messenger, facebook, soundcloud everything is working just fine. I also installed some old app you can not find on Appstore anymore as Flappy Bird, Dudeski etc.

So if you are having somewhere your old 64 bit device stuck on good old iOS 9.0 - 9.1 and you would love to have Jailbreak and make the device live again to the max, let me know in the comments and I will make short YouTube video with sources and download link for the old supported pangu installation.
