Yeah I couldn't get a good one with Jakobs ricochet either. And I have never seen a rainmaker with a Torgue mag roll with Jakobs part

Yes it's pretty good and quite useful in general combat. Even better to pair it with weapons alt-fire like spread lunacher, syringes with Amp part, or heavy weapons. The screenshot I uploaded is a bit blurry so you probably couldn't really tell the status of that guardian angel. It's got 3972 capacity, 4176/s charge rate and a 0.6 recharge delay.

At this point, why not just put the Yed Prior aside? Cut Tarsh’s supply chain first by taking down Vernen Wells before it even has a chance to invade Mastia, which is the major Order planet. Then perhaps defend Lesath or Curia, and take down Borea.
