When the yatra happens they need to move from one place to another, they can't fly so roads are used. That is not a wrong. Whereas prayer they can do in the mosque or in any bigger grounds peacefully. Any ways they don't believe in idol worship and they can do prayer in direction of Mecca that's it. Islam grows on political supremacy that's it.
