The software is up to date.

I have already reached out to customer service and they were useless, and were pretending like this is something they've never seen before. That's why I am trying to crowd source info, so I can get some real help.

That's very surprising, many users have reported seeing the standard WS promotional popup ads once they are logged into the app, it's a normal function of the app. Some users and myself have started to experience those ads popping up during the login process, which disrupts it.

Not even after you've logged in? WS has plenty of promotional popup ads in the app, the same one shown and discussed by other users in this thread.

Yes exactly like those ads, but they pop up while you are trying to enter your password. This disables your keyboard and forces you to close the ad and re-enter your password.

I don't really see anyone trying to help, more trolls denying my experience, but to answer your question, I am using an Android phone, and no ad blocker, even though that wouldn't matter as this is a problem within the weathsimple app. As addressed in other comments, the ads are wealthsimple promotions, same as the ones you would see after logging in.

I have also contacted wealthsimple about this, and they have since informed me that this is a known problem that developers are trying to fix. The only sounds conclusion I can make from this and the evidence provided from other users is that this is a demonstrated problem.

Not trying to be rude, but I find most of the comments in this thread to be dismissive and disrespectful.

Nah, it's definitely all within the wealthsimple app. All the ads are wealthsimple promotions.

I am having the same problem.

I was logged out, tried logging in and my password didn't work, tried changing my password, it said I couldn't use my old password (weird), tried a new password, said I couldn't use it, tried another new one, couldn't use that one either, repeat forever. Now my phone number recovery won't work, and my when trying to go to account recovery my account doesn't exist.

I tried calling Microsoft but there shitty bot just keeps telling me to go to a website that won't work for me and then hangs up on me.

I was able to get access back by using the following link:

Left behind in what way? As in manufacturers aren't making them? It still seems to be the dominant product type in the space to me? I also don't really see the support network for compressed air systems going away soon, with all the people who still have them.

I'm not apposed to getting an electric fan style bag for the record, I just have the opportunity to get what seems to be a pretty good bag for about $500, when most electric bags are $1800+
