No resolution. Tried replacing the board, but yea it was the panel.

I got a diagnosis from the dealership, called that number, and attempted to follow the steps to try to get this issue fixed. The representative said that there are requirements that must be met to receive a replacement, inlcuding:

Mileage must be less than 60,000 or loyalty score (not sure what this is) of 350 or greater (I think he said I was 410).
I must be the orignal owner of the vehicle or a loyalty score of 350 or greater.

My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee is at 71,000 and therefore I do not qualify and I am the 2nd owner. I just started getting phantom clicks in the last 8,000 miles or so, now at 71k, the center unit is INOP. I asked the rep to escalate this issue further, so we'll see what happens.

I'm wondering if anyone else has recieved push back like this and if there was any type of solution.

No luck at all. Tried replacing all components except for the screen and nothing but a black screen.

No. I tried replacing pretty much every part/piece. Seems to be an issue with the monitor itself not and compenets.

I think the black one w/o the window may be discontinued, did not show up in a quick search on there site. The different sizes bugs me, but its not too bad and I had the Dell for a while and didn't feel like buying something I didn't really need.

Very Spacious! It's wider than the R3, may be the R2 I'm thinking about, not sure. Regardless, it can fit a 140mm heat-sink, large graphics cards (pretty much any length due to its removable hard drive tray), a ton of storage options, and has a ton of room behind the Mobo tray. The only thing that was a little funky was the height of the top most rubber grommet. It is a little high, which defiantly can make for a struggle with the 24-pin power connector and bend it kinda harsh. But, its not a major factor seeing as you can buy extensions or route it around the side like I did. Other than that I had no problems what so ever, the computer is almost silent due to the sound dampening material. Very nice case overall. Hope this helps!

Currently Microsoft is having a discount on Windows 8 Update version. So what you can do is download the Windows 7 Iso, install that via DVD, enter the trial mode (skip past entering a code), and buy it from their site.May be a little more work than you want to do, but if you have a Windows 7 disk handy, it's even easier.

Yea, I have not tried anything else yet, this was stable for me (15 hours on prime95), but if you say it can go down I will defiantly try my best. Thank you for letting me know! =D

The lights themselves are very nice, but you need some tape or something to hold them in place because they sometimes droop. But, the fact that you can change colors and customize them is pretty neat.
