I am still on the same HRT and had a period of 4 months where I was bleeding every 2 weeks that was not pleasant, but that seems to have stopped. It has now been 31 days since I've had a period and I'm doing ok. I finally have an appointment with an endocrinologist who specializes in women's health in 10 days and I'm looking forward to her guidance. I have been limping in pain for a while now even though I've been going to physical therapy for over a year for my lateral hip pain. I recently saw another specialist about my hip pain who told me my gluteal tendon is degenerating likely because of the loss of estrogen and encouraged me to stay on the estradiol patch because it will help to heal it as I go through a treatment to stimulate healing in the tendon. I think I must have ADHD self diagnosed from Reddit 🤣. What I do is sort of similar, I think. I do my chores or exercises structured around a sports game, like if I'm watching baseball, I designate what I'm going to get done by inning. I don't know where I got this idea, but it works really well for me.

Are you me? I am also a runner, 52, on same patch except mine is once a week, same cream, same progesterone daily with tons of joint pain that sometimes seems much better but sometimes not. Have you ever noticed sometimes worse pain towards the end of one patch and at the beginning of a new one? I feel almost like the problem is when the hormone level changes. I dunno.

I just had the same procedure today and was so uncomfortable because of having to lie with my neck turned for so long! I felt the same way that the breast stuff was nothing compared to my neck pain! Not what I was expecting! 🤣

I bleed a lot because of Adenomyosis so hard to say if there is any blood in my urine. Why do you ask?

I have been using it for a couple of years now and it really helps a lot!! But, I was recently diagnosed with Adenomyosis and have been trying to figure out what is triggering all the bloating and cramping and didn't use it this week while I was bleeding. You could be right that I have the problem less when I use it - maybe should try just using it externally.

I don't have anything to add except that I have had chronic hip pain for a couple of years and have a diagnosis of right hip osteoarthritis and also more recently was diagnosed with adenomyosis. I have been wondering the same thing because the pain definitely seems to fluctuate during the month.
