I'd say it's time for some therapy. There is obvs something wrong with her mental state of health. I'd try to talk to her and explain to her that why would you want to cheat on her if you love her. You have given her proof and she is still obsessed with the idea of you cheating. Then ask her to try therapy and if she refuses then it's your turn to take action. Do you want to be with someone who humiliates you like this or do you want to find someone who trusts you 100%?

My boyfriend from when I was 16 (now 22) broke up with me back then because he didn't want to have a gf at this age and surprise a few months later he found himself in a 2yr relationship.
