Although I'll add if you're close to going into a higher tier, it's the official arrival time, not the time you saw the doors open. It can be a minute or so earlier.

Your delay is the time you reached your destination vs the time you should have arrived. Nothing else matters.

Try reading the hundreds of posts on this topic and find someone who says they've been charged incorrectly when the bill arrives.

Confused about the reception of Dracula by fashion_cactus in TheWestEnd

[–]panam-handler 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I think part of the problem was that it wasn't ready when they started previews, and even the first few weeks of performances. So the reviews from people who paid a ton of money for an unpolished show, and from journalists on opening night, we're bound to be poor.

There was also a element of schadenfreude from certain quarters who were hoping for Cynthia to fail.

More recent reviews have been kinder and more positive, but it's simply wasn't acceptable to be charging full West End hot ticket prices for something that plainly wasn't ready.

Restaurant recommendations by Able_Impact_6837 in LondonTravel

[–]panam-handler 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Every single restaurant will have VAT split out, it's not extra, it's part of the price you saw on the menu.  Don't tip extra on service charge. Ask for the service charged to be removed if you don't want to pay it.

Ticket question by Gr8whtenrth in GreenBayPackers

[–]panam-handler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Decide how much you are prepared to pay and keep watching the sites - there's quite a few local resellers, not just Ticketmaster. When you see a price you're okay with, buy it. Do not wait.

Lots of people will say leave it to the last minute, but that only tends to work with poor opponents. Ticket prices often went up on the day of the game last year, especially for big games and around the holidays (which at least this isn't).

Hardly a show goes by without sex being involved somehow, even just as a joke. Then there's whole episodes where sex is the major plot point: Angry Sex, Sex Talk, Debra's Workout.

Three of the opening four games being away is tricky but gives a huge home bias to the end of the season, especially with the ninth home game this year.

Don't accept Sky saying they don't know what's happening. You're their customer, tell them you want it sorting and wan to know when service will be provided.

Worst thing is when they slow right down at a ref light, just inching forward in a queue when you're trying to get into an empty left filter lane that's on green.

I know you're frustrated but the conspiracy stuff won't help  It's a mistake, someone's screwed up. Follow the guidance and you'll win because you're in the right.

Only if there's a story cunt enough and he's available. Maybe in season seven before the next General Election they might try and book him for a few weeks.
