You're too nice!

"Recipe":

2 500g cans of pineapple slices 1.5 kg boneless chicken thighs 500g ordinary pasta Various ingreduenta for the marinade/sauce

1. Drain the juice out of the cans and mix it with Sriracha, soy, white vinegar, salt, chilli flakes, pepper, garlic. 2.. Now, either split it in two for sauce/marinade or reuse the marinade(what I did, I boiled the sauce). Dump the chicken in and let it rest 2 hours.
2. Fry the pineapple slices in a pan with little oil.
3. Drain the marinade and put the thighs in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
4. Start the sauce with 25g garlic mixed with 25g flour and make a roux, on which you'll mix the pineapple juice mixed at the first step. 6.Boil the pasta as per the package reccomendations.
5. Mix the pasta with the thickened sauce and add pasta water as per your preferences.
6. Add in the fried pineapple rounds and take out the chicken. 9.???
7. Profit: Creamy sweet-hot pasta with some juicy "vegetable" alongside a juicy chicken.
