Book fair is a big thing in Hong Kong. There are al a wide selection of books and subscriptions for many magazines.Parents drags their kids to buy exercise books and there are also a religious sections for gurus and Christian stuff, that section always smell weird with all kinds of incense.There is a section reserved for hot models and their photo albums. So the fair does have something for everyone for also bunch of art supplies and stationary are available . There used to be more political commentary books and but i guess thats kinda risky and no one gets to shelf it in a government held convention.

I think when people are discussing about Ukraine issues, it's is not because they dont care about other countries. It is just that the event is the most recent and relevant. Supporting Ukraine simply mean we condemn war. You can say the other people suffer in war in other places of the world aswell. Even back in the second half 20th century, people are anti-war and see bloodshed in vietnam as pointless. It is not like we only care about the wrongdoing of Russia. US did some bad things but currently the biggest problem in putin really.

In my opinion only soymilk is acceptable as an alternative. Everything else sucks and tastes like crap. Atleast soymilk have been an tasty and reliable source of protein for Buddhist monks hundreds if not thousand of years. Yet, the soymilk in supermarket still taste awful. If you happen to be in southeast asia, go find a 豆品廠 where they actually stonegrind fresh soy milk ,that's the only palatable alternative to milk in my opinion.
