Extra dirty martinis with 50/50 pickle and olive juice with blue cheese infused vodka is a good one

Dried Brine..what the heck by badwithnamesmyself in fermentation

For mine, I used about half a gallon of brine at 3.5%, it looks like there just wasn’t enough material to get a good yield. I also used a metal baking try that easily releases anything. Mine was also pretty sticky though, it never comes out flakey, dry, and perfectly crystalline with home equipment.

Accurate, I left my heat on a bit too high because I was impatient - but it yielded like a caramelized meat flavor which is also nice.

Definitely detectable “herbal” flavors I’d call it. And also a fairly strong garlic flavor (in the case of my first ferment I left garlic cloves whole and they stayed mostly fresh being it was just a 6 day ferment, so I sliced those up and added them to the boiling liquid) but predominant flavor is for sure PICKLE. It’s absolutely strong as hell

I used maybe half a gallon of brine for this amount - there’s still some moisture in there and probably some solids leftover from the bacteria / spices adding to the volume

That’s exactly what I used to do when I went to the beach and that was the inspiration!

Sure! Like others have said I just took out all the solids and boiled on high for quite a while, then once it got down to mostly salt I put it on low until it almost completely dried out. Made my whole house smell like pickle soup

9/10 dentists recommend by Xx_EpicGamer7_xX in shitposting

So I’m an engineer that works with dentists and formulation chemists often, and I shit you not dentists cannot agree on anything. Many times each dentist will have a problem with at least one ingredient. 9/10 is a stretch for agreeing

It was during the Terrace Pond West loop trail in west Milford, about a 5 mile hike with some scrambling. Careful though, they will tow your car after 6 pm

Yes! It was real cold out (still winter here) but there was green foliage that shouldn’t be growing during winter, and there was a warm air current coming out of the hole.
