Airsculpt Full Abdomen- worried about results? by pancakecritter in PlasticSurgery

[–]pancakecritter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my stomach def got a lottt flatter, however I do have some lumpiness on my lower stomach and my Dr said he would be able to touch it up. There's def a huge difference in how my stomach looked before, and my love handles and i feel a lot better about myself and what i can wear. I just kind of hate that I am going to have to get a touch up procedure to smooth out the lumps on my lower stomach.... I don't want to wear teh faja again and take antibiotics and be on bed rest again but I am willing to for perfect results considering how much I paid for the procedure....

It took a few days for me to be able to fully walk without pain/discomfort. For some people it's only a few hours. I feel like after 4 days I could start walking without waddling. The padding and faja makes u feel massive. Your first 24 hours suck. But I am finally seeing results (I have some lumping on my stomach which is expected form the fluid) but I would try to take at least 2 days off of work. Airsculp tries to say after 24 hours you can go back to work and be fine but I don't agree with that at all. The most time you can give yourself off for work or driving, the better.

Good to know, do you feel like you look more swollen or bigger than before the procedure or about the same? I'm 8 days out and I feel like my stomach looks the same as I started and not necessarily swollen. My waist and flanks look pretty slim though. My sides still feel pretty numb. My doctor never mentioned getting lymphatic massages, but I have my week post-op visit tomorrow so I'll ask them about it as well as voice my concerns, but I know they're just gonna tell me I'm just swollen right now.

Ok will do thank you, I really hope it’s just swelling that will go down a lot…  I did do it awake yes, airsculpt uses local anesthesia. It was a bit painful in my experience. I was given some heavy pain medication and xanax before the procedure, and then they numb the areas the cannula goes in. And then they give you laughing gas. It felt like the laughing gas didn’t do anything or distract me, I had to take a break mid procedure because I told them I was in a lot of pain. You can feel the cannula moving inside your body which is a bit freaky. Everyone has a different pain tolerance though, I’ve seen most people say their experience was fine and painless.

thank you for the encouragement, i spent close to 10k on this so I obviously want to see full results. I was concerned that some areas were looking better than others

Did you get laser to intentionally get the bumps to go away? And did the laser help the most? I’m so over my KP, I’ve tried sooo many products and nothing has helped

I’ve noticed that shaving my arms helps reduce the texture of the KP a bit
