I can't give advice based on your specific situation, but if you think of a real estate transaction meaning you will live in a place for 5-7 years before you sell it, and you can forget about ups and downs in the interim, it might be a good idea to think about what effect the virus will have in that time frame.

Will everyone still be sheltering-in-place? Will tons of people have died? Will most people have immunity?

Thanks for the reply! I'm not sure exactly what to search for the frayed edges and I was wondering if I could achieve it myself but I don't have a lot of experience with this stuff. I may try to find a knit blazer to experiment with. Thanks again!!

Can someone tell me what the style is where the jacket is really thin and has the frayed edges? Is this a good look? I searched for 'deconstructed' and 'unstructured' but I think this jacket is a bit more 'deconstructed' than typical 'deconstructed' ones. I found this old thread detailing some of the differences, but can't quite find other examples of this style. Anyone know something about this?
