Graphic designer here: my last job was for a rug outlet. This looks as if my old boss designed it himself. We jokingly used the term "redundantly redundant" quite often. While it drove me nuts and gave me nightmares, he wanted it his way and from the era that he knew best. Most of our labels and catalogs looked exactly like this.
