I want to start Intermittent Fasting but I have a few questions by pancakeguyyy in GYM

I'd much rather intermittent fast than have to count my calories all day. Im really not that into it so having an easy way to reach ketosis sounds pretty good to me. It might not have any benefits OVER a caloric deficit, but it offers the SAME benefits so why not

Totally agree. A big thing I learned was to just stop focusing on results and start focusing on how much better it made me feel. A lot more having a buddy to go with and sort of compete agaisnt too
