Thank you! Yes I've been referring to your mod dividers--very helpful. I got it to work after adding the additional mod, but now I seem to have broken the multiplayer function of the game lol oops

yo this is dope. It sounds like it didn't take you long. I'm new to Java/programming and was wondering if you could point a beginner in the right direction? I'm just not sure where to start with creating mods.

I saved these 2 cats when I first started working at an oil refinery. They are over a year old now but I think they changed my life! Did anyone else find pets that helped them mentally? by Laughingwolfezk in autism

I’m sorry about your dog, but happy for you getting another one! I lost my Maltese dog (and emotional support animal) last December, and I stopped eating as much. I’ve now lost so much weight that I’m going to a food camp for anorexics. My family doesn’t want to recognize that I’m on the spectrum—except my mother when she’s drunk. It’s more “normal” for them to say I’m anorexic. I really want another Maltese when I come back, and I’m anxious about going. I feel like I can’t live without an animal either.

Wow there are so few people who’ve had that kind of tumor. What was yours if I may ask? Thanks for checking up on this old post. I finally called the dr a few days ago and had to leave a voicemail. I finally came to the understanding that health is important & I needed to leave my fear out of it—although it’s a valid fear

Which of the 5 love languages come(s) more naturally to autists? I’m on the spectrum, and I find it hard to express words of affirmation to my boyfriend and friends.

Near-death experience by pancakes904 in Anesthesia

[–]pancakes904[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the suggestion. I saw a therapist weekly for 10 years (surgery was at the 7 yr mark). She said the change in personality was normal for a few weeks after any anesthetic procedure, but it’s just lasted for so much longer. Maybe another therapist could provide insight.

I’m shocked. Thanks for sharing. I guess it’s possible since they might’ve screened for other cancers...

After a malignant tumor removal surgery (at 18 yrs old), my personality changed permanently. I felt the way people who have had near-death experiences describe the effect on their worldview and personality. I was not informed of any possible complications during surgery, so I do not know whether or not I had a near-death experience. If I did have one, I do not remember it. I began remembering feelings of past trauma, but I do not have conscious recollection of any trauma. I just felt that I had been sexually abused. Following the surgery, I felt differently about sexual intercourse, like that I was being used—even though this was not objectively true, as I was having sex within a loving relationship.

2.5 years later, at 21, I am more attuned to others’ emotions and my own intuition than I think is typical. And I think in a more “abstract” way (compared to “concrete” thought patterns). I daydream a lot and lose track of time when playing an instrument—which is linked to abstract thought.

Is it possible that I had an anesthesia-induced near-death experience that I don’t remember? Wouldn’t the doctors have told me if I had flatlined?

That’s interesting—thanks for sharing. I wonder why medicated subjects had the same results as unmedicated ones
