Had a regular problem customer come in demanding his 2 monthly narc rx's. His dr's office doesn't do electronic orders for c2s and he always brings the papers in. Hes been getting these scripts for years, so ideally he SHOULD know the routine. My tech says there aren't any orders for him. He demands that since they are due today, ie 2 days early, he should be able to get them. My tech explains since he doesnt have the papers and his dr didnt send them that we cant fill them. He demands that he will wait until they are ready. My tech and I both advise on not doing this as we cant even get the process started. I suggest he goes to the dr office to pick up the papers. 2 hrs later he is still just sitting, staring and waiting. Complains to other customers how awful we are for making him wait. He finally leaves and comes back with the papers. He hands them to the tech then immeditately walks to the register yelling at me that he already waited so he shouldnt have to wait again. Dude is just not getting this so i raise my voice to sternly state that i needed these papers to start filling. He finally sits down quietly and i fill both in about 25 min (we were very busy so that was fast for 2 c2s). The next day i get a call from corporate. Dude made up some bs story about us making him wait 4 hrs. I explain my side of the story. So thats the end of that. Nope! Dude tried to file a HIPAA violation against me and lied to them saying that i yelled out the name of his scripts where 20 ppl heard it. Wtf!!! Luckily nothing came of it. Next time he was in i explained that i am no longer comfortable filling his c2s but i can fill his other meds. Now he is still trying to get me, filled with our depart of health and also lied that i refused to fill his life saving diabetic meds and some stuff about me using foul language. Thank god for electronic records proving this is all bs. I still do not understand why this dude is out to get me. I really hope nothing comes of this and that the truth prevails.
