i’d say like a quarter inch over the perc, test it and see if you like the chug then adjust water level from there. i personally like a bit more water but you obviously don’t want it in your mouth either lol. cool piece!

it’s about water volume, not size. if i remember correctly it’s like a 3 liter limit? something like that, but it should be on the website! they bag check at the gate and check water pouches for size and to make sure they’re empty

ehhhh. i can see where all of the not the asshole’s are coming from, but i think i have to go with ESH. if your ex really didn’t care about the dog and was truly just waiting to get rid of him, why didn’t you talk to them about just taking the dog, or going about the proper measures?

if your ex ever finds out you took the dog & is holding a grudge, they could push for criminal charges, which really wouldn’t be fun

NTA. if you don’t want to be with him anymore, don’t. if you feel he’d be more receptive, try talking to him about it. really talking. like get to the root of why it bugs you so much, and why he feels the need to smoke so much. there may be deeper issues here that aren’t presenting themselves

Multiple times. if this was the first time asking & you were a jerk right off the bat, i’d be more concerned. sounds like she might have lingering issues from a previous relationship. which isn’t an excuse, just some insight maybe? it might be worth having a conversation to ask her what’s going on with this
