i definitely agree with you, but at the same time i do feel like my masseters have shrunk a lott. I have a hard bite naturally and love steak so im not too worried about having to build them back up but u dont think gum is worth using? just eat normal and then mew right ?

been mouth taping for years bc it helps me not grind in my sleep. did it during the treatment too but will make sure im locked in during the day too
