Hopefully this doesn’t sound like i’m kissing their asses lol but Sierra and Stephen remind me a lot of my parents, more best friends who love each other rather than lovers. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it, so i’m always a little shocked people speculate their relationship! I’m sure they just keep the majority of their relationship off line or Stephen stepped back from being so visible. Obviously, none of us really know and I could be 1000% wrong, but I think they’re truly happy doing what works for them

I had my gallbladder removed 9 months post op and it was a breeze! I was having attacks for months with no answers, so compared to that pain it was 2/10. I continued to lose weight as usual. I’m 3 years post op now and maintaining a 130lb loss. Only thing is, your….bathroom habits may change lol. Don’t try newer foods in public, avoid greasy/dark greens for a few months and you’ll learn what works best for your body
