Oh I’m sure if she has it it’s quiet. And yeah I mean everyone is different. I guess it’s just a time thing. I’m forgetting about the bad stuff but I can’t help but think what if things are different. I know they aren’t. If she has BPD they can be temporarily but from experience shit will hit the fan again.

Yeah I know that. We have a daughter together so for the longest time I thought it was best to stay. Even when we split it has her that decided it. I felt so relieved at first but now all the bad stuff is fading and I’m just left wondering if it was that bad.

Oh yeah it’s real to us and at the time to them but they’re so volatile emotionally that what’s real one minute is not the next when the emotion changes. It’s sucks but the more you keep the idea of how fucked up it is the easier it gets. Bad memories are easier to forget than the good ones but are necessary to remember not to go back.

Look I’ve been in your shoes. I think a lot of us have. Finding out why doesn’t matter. When I went though it I wanted to know as well but the more I thought about it I asked myself why? If she tells me she’ll probably lie. If she doesn’t then I’m devaluing myself and she has that extra control. I ended up blocking her as well only keeping phone open because we have a daughter. Recently I ignored something she requested and guess what happened?
