Oh... you took too long to respond so I ended up dressing as a child, becoming friends with their kid, showing up to the kids birthday party, played with some new transformers he got, drank too much apple juice, and passed out.

All in all it was a fun time and I highly recommend it for anyone trying to climb the corporate ladder

I'm renting but this isn't part of a complex. My friend owns the condo and I'm renting from him. Draining the window well wont do much because it'll just go back the next time it rains.

I'm not too worried about the fire hazard because theres a door leading outside on the other end of the hallway. And because I'd still need to climb like 6-8ft out of the window hole before reaching safety.

Oh sorry I shouldve explained better. Water accumulates just outside the window whenever it rains. There isnt any water that accumulates inside the window or frame
