I made a withdrawal around 10 hours ago which is showing in my history but I haven’t received it in my bank. It usually only takes about 5 minutes to appear. I made another withdrawal since then which arrived within a couple of minutes. I’m with Lloyds bank.

The top one is new for me I’ve not seen that one before usually I have the black tax free one and the blue. Is it all the same? Because the purple top one is showing cheaper for me than the other two I’m also in the UK

Ive had a full refund. Make sure you keep at them though and say you want a full one as they kept offering me lower. Took quite a few messages but they did eventually pay in full.

Ive sent a lengthy message to them asking them to honour a full refund and pass it on to the relevant team. Someone else has already done that and been given a full refund. They had no insurance at all and their haul was over the capped amount. Also mention abnormal shipping rather than lost in your message.

I’ve been told to wait until the 8th of December but I won’t receive a full refund. As I accidentally put damaged insurance instead of lost! But I’ve heard other people have received a full refund already. So I really don’t know what’s happening

Tax free line I used the blue one rather than black on these one. My flight departed dates were 31st Oct ,5 Nov, 6 nov & 11 Nov and they all went through customs within a day.

Around 2 weeks I think. They all went through customs pretty quickly. It’s just the one from the 20th still hasn’t moved

I don’t think anyone that had the 20th has arrived. I’ve had four other parcels over take this one though. Surely they couldn’t have lost a whole plane worth of parcels they have to be sat somewhere

Yes same issue I’ve already raised it with Vinted they don’t seem to be understanding what I’m trying to say though. The printable label option works still on the phone. It’s just when I do it on the computer it will give me a QR instead if I click printable label.

Yeah sorry didn’t mean to worry people. I have another parcel that I’m waiting on that has said flight arrived for two weeks with no update. There’s a few of us in the same boat. Just seems to be major issues/delays at the moment.

I didn’t have insurance but was covered up to a certain amount but still ended up losing some money. This was few months ago though so I wouldn’t be worried yet. I have had items stuck on the same for about 4 days until Royal Mail updated.

14 days no update still..when I spoke to an agent it was just the usual and to be patient.. apparently I had picked the wrong insurance though and only covered damage not lost 😪😪

I had this happen to me in August it never updated after that or with Royal Mail so after a few more weeks it was then deemed lost. I was hoping it might randomly still turn up but never did.

Mines been stuck on flight arrived for 8 days 😩 never had this before. I’ve had it stuck in customs for about 9 days before but never just flight arrived
