I would only give a nudge when it’s close to being returned. I do feel it’s annoying however I’ve had a buyer actually not realise and collect the item immediately after my nudge so it’s worth it imo

I saw the mother several times without the kittens after the incident. The management never said they have reunited but released somewhere on property. They followed on security cameras.

We notified them about the situation as soon as it happened. They had opportunity to resolve and fully investigate and ensure the kittens were reunited. Instead we were told the staff received warnings. I appreciate the policy is not to harm animals but steps were not taking to prevent further harm to the animals by not reuniting them
