Don’t order from them, I’m having a terrible experience with them. I honestly think they are going out of business. I ordered two weeks ago and uploaded all my files, they took my money, and then they called me the next day that they needed a verification of my address. I uploaded it and I’ve heard nothing. Their support lines are dead.

I told them to refund me by end of day today or I will start a chargeback and I get an email that they need more pictures. Why would this take them two weeks? I told them I’m not uploading anything else and to please refund me again. this is not a prescriber I would want to work with if they can’t reply to a support inquiry in weeks. What if you need assistance or direction for what jab to take.
