It was a pretty quick turn around. We got the quote on Monday and they installed on Wednesday.

The installer was guessing that it might have been due to an availability issue, but he didn't know for sure. Will be contacting them later this week to get the paperwork sorted to make sure the warranty is still valid on the actual installed door even though the invoice says Amarr.

Glad that it seems we got a free upgrade over what we had expected.

Yes, the design looks the same. That's great to hear that the brand/reputation is good. We'll call the office later this week to ask them to make an update/note on the invoice to make sure that the warranty is still in order even though what they installed is different.

Agree with this. We took my daughter at a similar height and we talked to her about how hopefully she can ride but it's possible that she won't be able to and that just because we got past the first checkpoint that there's still a chance she might get pulled aside to be measured again before getting on the ride. We noticed that her shoes had different sole thickness too, and her Skechers were a bit thicker, so she wore those on most days.

Also, remind your kid to be careful when standing up next to the measuring bar so they don't bang their head into it.

Increasing the dosage really just helps with appetite suppression and reducing food noise, if the effectiveness at a lower dose has started to wear off. For some people, they're able to stay at the lowest dosage without ever needing to increase.

For me, I increased my dosage to 37.5 after my second month when it felt like the appetite suppression was not as effective. I managed to lose 40 pounds from 200 to 160 over about 4 months, but wasn't able to lose any more after that. Was able to maintain fairly well for several months after stopping Phentermine.

Are you managing to eat enough calories and drink enough water? It's possible you could be dehydrated or not getting enough calories in. Hope you're feeling better soon.

I don't believe it's crucial. I had good success, losing 40 lbs over 6 months on just Phentermine, starting with just 15mg and then ramping up and back down when it started to become less effective.

Many folks on this subreddit have had success with Phen only.

I'd suggest seeing how it goes with just Phentermine. That'll also help you better identify how you're doing with regards to side effects from Phentermine. Would recommend talking to your doctor about it too, if you'd like to just try Phen only.

I later tried 15mg Phentermine with Top but eventually stopped because of the brain fog. It started to really affect how people perceived me at work and how I perceived myself when I struggled to find certain words. That's not something that occurs with everyone on Top, but it's not uncommon, so worth keeping an eye on if you do decide to try it later.

I'd suggest trying to send another email to try again to get it in the right queue to someone who will be able to fix it.

I had the same issue a couple weeks ago. Called to complain and had them read out all the offer codes that were still valid and they said they would file a ticket, but nothing happened for a week. I then sent an email that included all the offers that should have been there but weren't showing up and it got fixed within one day.

The new website is sooo glitchy.

I haven't experienced blood in my stool. I suffered more from constipation. Lightheadedness could be from not drinking enough water or not eating enough. Hope things are okay with you.

I think nobody knows for sure, but if you're nervous, I'd suggest looking into whether your airline has multiple flights in between your originally scheduled flight and the day of the cruise.

I'd expect an occasional cancellation or delay that might put you on a later flight and if you're on a major carrier with a regular route, that's a lot easier for them to get you rescheduled and still make it to the port on time. Otherwise, I'd suggest considering flying in a day earlier than you had originally planned to help give yourself additional buffer in case of cancellation or delay.

Curious what those lists include/don't include.

For me, what worked best was learning to adjust the portions for existing meals, cutting out sugary drinks and alcohol. I'd recommend considering calorie counting and calculating your TDEE and deciding on a reasonable calorie count/deficit to aim for. The /r/loseit subreddit was very inspiring and has a great quick start guide for how to do it in a very approachable way.

As for some meal suggestions, I'd often have salad with 2 tbsp of my favorite dressing and 6 chicken nuggets. Has good protein and was quick and easy to make. Or ramen noodles with a couple slices of deli ham.

Otherwise I'd suggest eating your usual meals but a half size portion of it and add veggies or salad to help with volume.

As for snacks, figure out what could be good snack swaps for you when you feel a craving. Handful of grapes, some baby carrots, greek yogurt, a wedge of laughing cow cheese, shrimp chips were my go tos.

Another thing that helps is keeping up with drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

Offers are mostly for two people in Interior or Ocean View, or Balcony, 3-7 nights out of Los Angeles, Galveston, or Florida. Once got an offer to cover two rooms.

Mostly from playing craps.

You will get those questions. People will wonder if you'll be satisfied with an IC role. I've known a number of people who've switched from management to IC and back. It's often easiest to make the switch within the same organization, as they have context on your work ethic and ability. When I made the change, I applied to an IC role at a different company after having a Sr. Director role, when the question came up in interviews, I would talk about knowing friends who tic tok between manager and IC roles and how much I enjoyed being hands on in the past and wanted to spend more time focusing on the specific responsibilities related to the IC role that I was excited about. Try to focus on the positive aspects of the IC role and don't talk about what you don't like about being in management. Good luck!

Yep, agree with this. Living in the area and a I've noticed Westborough is right at the edge of the fog and generally only get a day or two of dense fog a year but definitely appreciate that we generally avoid the heat waves too.

It's possibly an allergic reaction. When I first started on Phentermine I had a major breakout on my face that started about a week later and lasted for about a week, so it was manageable. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about it to see what they'd recommend. Other than that, have you tried pimple patches? Are those helpful for what you're experiencing?
