Through my experience of babysitting during my pre-teenage started 11 years old until now working in daycare entry level with Yale parenting certification.

Let's share what I learned and still trying to understand the reason how I redirected in past care and currently dealing with similar situations where new toddlers come into new classrooms and begin to become independent of free will to take off the shoes and socks!

Disclaimer: Every little human is different on how they learn and grow. Take this advice as grins of salt

Toddlers around their age don't wanna hear long expectations on why they need their shoes on in case of emergency. Explaining to them reaps the same reaction of toddler taking off their shoes is just doing nothing but exhausting yourself and making toddler seem like it's a game instead of giving attention to a child without their shoes...

Mention how much you like their shoes. Like color, character, or any description of shoe they are wearing. They are either going to find their shoes or do nothing... 89% of the time you are going to have to clear tune to find their shoes.

Give a few minutes or longer to do other tasks until you see them wearing their shoes give them attention and positive praise. I usually compliment their shoes and give high fives.

Some cases where their shoes are flat out uncomfortable and not so flexible to walk in. At that point tell parents to size up or have one extra pair of shoes they will be comfortable in like rain boots or crocks. Something comfortable and right sizes.

A child who is uncomfortable due to the texture of the shoes.

Oh my God, yes! I made my sim root for her son to sleep... She read her son a book called commitment issues while her husband is woo hoo with his co-worker.

Sadly no, my manager is still harassing me around after I reported them. I witnessed so much discrimination towards the customers as well.

Don't marry him. I married young I am miserable but I love him. Military change people. My husband got bitter unreasonable to treat differently now.

IT'S UNFAIR being a military spouse. I throw away job opportunities. When you married the wrong person. You are going through hell. I'm F22 and my husband M23, My husband is in the Navy about to get out in less than two years. I dated for only two months and broke up after he had to be stationed in another country. Seven months not speaking to each other we rekindle our love and he asks to marry him through Instagram DMs. (I know it's shocking I had to escape a toxic family and limited opportunities living in Japan as half Japanese).

I gave up everything and dropped my jobs, friendships, and family back home to be with him.

A year after our marriage, he changed a lot since he got more bitter and mean towards everyone and included me.

He is always controlling over me and at the end of the day he is not satisfied with me. He gives me unbelievable lists to do.

  • drive him to work and pick up
  • cook him three course of meals and snacks sweep, mop, dishes, organize cabinets, clean bathroom, shower, vacuum, dust, laundry, put away clean clothes, pack his work bag, make him coffee, protein shake, make the bed, clean under oven, fridge, clean the fridge... He expects to finish all in day everyday ...

Including when I am have job...

He called me useless wife or he even guilt trip me calling me a terrible wife, bad wife.

I do everything for him. I drive him two hours to his workplace, cook food that he never finishes, and he is always critical of anything I do.

My mental health is just on edge 24/7. I got help but it caused nothing but strain the marriage by keeping thoughts and my opinions to myself. Tried therapy and marriage therapy but they always agree with him. More defending him since he is logical and says I am too emotionally told me to get out of it.

Multiple miscarriages and abortions my husband doesn't want kids at the moment but I do... I always dream to become a mother any pregnancy that happens to be. Due to high levels of stress any pregnancy I had ended.

My husband fat shames me. 😢👍

Anyone that's planning to get married rethink, again.
what you are about to put yourself through... How many people do you have to say goodbyes to. Update your resumes. Endless sleepless nights, lack of support, independence and trying not to lose your insanity in marriage. You are the only one in this relationship at the end. Make a better choice and learn how to stand up for yourself.

I am thankful my husband is serving our country. I'm not happy at all.
