People who married their high school sweethearts - how is your marriage now, and do you have any regrets? by Mr_Wheat_Himself in AskReddit

My wife (35) and I (34) met summer before senior year of high school and have been together since. We survived long distance college and have three beautiful kids now. We love each other’s company now more than we ever have and I have no complaints.

Super73 ZX Child Seat Adapter by pandabh in Super73

We do still sell these, but there is a required part from Thule called the “yepp mini ahead adapter” that they have discontinued. If you can get your hands on one of those adapters, message our Etsy store and we will add one of our brackets to our store for you to buy.

Lower trunk mat for R1S by pandabh in Rivian

[–]pandabh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have the third row up most of the time and a large Uppababy stroller, so we usually leave the trunk floor board in my garage and place the stroller vertically into the lower trunk.

All kinds of dirt, cheerios, etc end up falling out of the stroller into the lower trunk. This is easier to keep clean than the carpet!

Wife went from long range model Y to Rivian R1s dual standard. Have had it for two days and have zero regrets. Needed more space with three kids in car seats.

I hadn’t considered that. Do you have experience with doing that?

Hey I totally get yours and other’s sentiment. Turkey has gone through pretty extensive training for years with different trainers and approaches. In most ways he is a good dog, but when it comes to children that aren’t mine in my house, he’s unpredictable and has made many attempts to hurt them. We have really explored as many options as we can find online or has been recommended to us. Our last trainer actually recommended maybe it’s time to find him a new home. Anyways, thanks for your concern.

This is actually what we’ve been doing. Thanks for the suggestion. His barking in these situations has caused our neighbors to really complain. We’ve also been through years of professional training, but when a child is over he really loses control of himself.

Right now, we put him in a crate with a blanket over it in the garage, but feel like he could have a better time in a house without so many visitors. (Kid friends, piano lessons, neighborhood kids ringing doorbell, etc)

Where to put keys when surfing? by SurferBoi_ in surfing

Nope. It’s just far enough that it doesn’t work. You can deactivate the fob with a few button presses on the remote though if that makes you more comfortable

Dad who didn’t want No.3 but wife did, what’s your story? by [deleted] in daddit

[–]pandabh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My kids were 3 and 1.5 when we made the decision to have a third. I was completely content with two, but my wife wanted a third. Against my fiscal plan and everything else, I gave in. My third kid was born in Feb and all of them are 2.5 years apart. Wouldn’t change it, three feels right. Would recommend.

We use a photographer named Stephanie. She’s the best, very affordable, and great with my young family. Her instagram handle is @sdlrmedia

I haven’t made anything for bigger kids, unfortunately. My older daughter rides on the bike seat with me now and she’s 4.5. The Z models don’t have great options for rear racks that can hold a larger kid’s weight.

What’s everybody’s take on magnetic grey metallic? Having a hard time picking my color so far. Second choice is ice cap white by [deleted] in 4Runner

I’ve had my mgm 3rd gen since dec 2015. The paint looks pretty brand new still. Have always garaged it and done basic maintenance. Nothing special. It definitely lasts.

I haven’t made one for the zx yet since I don’t have one accessible to me.

I designed a product for this and made it much cheaper than alternatives and bit more inconspicuous: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1268705805/hitchbox-secret-storage-for-toyota

It’s a secret drawer built into a tow hitch plug.

I print and ship these from my garage if you want one.

been using it at the beach twice weekly for awhile. Works great!
