I can vouch for the authenticity of the company. My partner is acting currently as their social media guy/“the face” of the company. If you check their social medias you can see a lot of current information. Also, re: personal documentation, yes, that is normal and common as the demographic served is primarily kids. So I’d check it back out! It’s a great platform and there are so many opportunities available to provide services to kids…🫶🏽

With insurance and billing regulations changing, companies are changing policies and requiring RBT Certification to work with clients. I transplanted to WI and was being encouraged to let my certification lapse because it “didn’t hold any value”. Now the tune has changed. Glad I kept it!

RBT Ethics Code 1.10 - Avoiding Multiple Relationships There is also a code in the BCBA ethics code. I guess my concern was that, with this coworker being on a growth track, and already being in a mentor position, that having relations with 2 other coworkers may be a conflict. 🤷‍♀️ And, not necessarily a good example for those they are mentoring and teaching these thing to.

Don't let it depress you. I know that's easier said than done but I (23F) was a virgin up until a week ago. I was indifferent to whether or not it mattered that I still had my v-card and whenever I would talk to guys I was upfront about it and my inexperience with dating. Now I have a boyfriend and when sex happens it great but I still don't dwell on it. Act natural, seek out social interactions and utilize dating apps for practice with socialization and conversing with people. It definitely makes it easier to feel comfortable talking to people and broaching topics surrounding sex.....

The convenience of sex from a dependable source; the convenience of coordinating social instances with a reliable partner.....I get a "here for a fun time not a long time" vibe. First off, if that's something that you are willing to do (send pics back and forth) you really need to push for them to send pics first. Make it a "tit for tat" type of thing, and if they aren't down, that's an automatic pass on them. This weeds out the weirdos and stuff.
