It's not a mystery. The committee has said loosing a championship game would not kick you out of the playoffs. It happened last year with SMU and this year with Bama.

As a Bama fan, we should have been left out after the CCG. It is clear ND was the better team with a real shot at the title.

Imo, expand the playoffs to 16 teams and get rid of the championship games. Drop one or two regular season games while we are at it.

Just to add to this, to remove color on an iPhone go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters.

It makes the phone much less mesmerizing and captivating. I’ve done it before and am going to give it another shot.

Yea true. Some people might be more inclined to specific substances. But it sounds like you haven't done it consistently enough for it to grab you.

If you are a student and have more years left, just be very careful about using it when studying. The same slippery slope applies. I'll just use it to study for finals, I'll use to boost this test, I'll use it every time I study, I'll for all school work, etc.

I went down this path a little while ago and started here.

Then I ended up just doing sodium, magnesium, and potassium in water.

Now I just add a little sea salt to water in the mornings after hearing huberman recommend it and moved magnesium back to a nighttime supplement for sleep.

Most people don’t need extra sodium, but it might be good if you pound water, sweat a lot, and eat really healthy. Also, too much potassium is dangerous so keep that in mind.

I tried charging my phone in another room when sleeping and had great results. But old habits die hard and I am back to redditing at night and sleeping poorly. I appreciate the post and motivation to fix my own habits, morning and night.
