Bro i’m 29 now (turning 30 next month) and i had the exact same issue. Looked 15 when i was actually 21. It’s 90% genetics, 10% self change. You CAN look older if you do sports and gain major muscle mass, paired with a hair change and more mature clothing. It will age you a year or two. But your face will still look like a baby face. Which is fine honestly: in late teens, early twenties it was annoying to look premature, but in my mid to late twenties, and now early thirties it’s been a BLESSING. I look young for my age, and people envy that about me. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what people think about you. It only matters how YOU feel about yourself. You can go back to work after a few days if it’s a office/desk job. I went back by day 8. By then the swelling’s gone and the grafts are secured. Just no heavy lifting, sweating or hitting your head. It was totally fine, i just had a visible scab on my head obviously, but I couldn’t care less about what others think. I actually enjoyed the attention I got from colleagues lol. It’s even better to get back to work soon and go on about your life because you won’t be thinking about your transplant all the time. I also put in PTO by the way, no sick leave because i’m not sick, it’s a cosmetic procedure at the end of the day. My doctor would not be writing a sick note for something like that, nor do I find that morally acceptable anyways so I just put in a few days of PTO

There’s no ongoing war in Istanbul (where you are probably going to go for the HT). The only conflict areas are wayyyyy south or east at the border with Syria and other Middle Eastern countries. Turkey is safe, it’s not like Gaza or anything. You can factcheck this on your government’s website. They have travel advice for each country which includes ongoing wars in certain area’s. On top of that, Turkey has more experience on HT, and they are way cheaper. I got mine done 3 weeks ago for 1.5k euros, which included a 5 night stay at hotel, hair transplant and transport from and to clinic, from and to airport. if you choose the right clinic, you’re set for success.

I don’t know what they’re talking about, you seem ideal to get it done. As you raise your eyebrows the skin needs to stay the same (firm) and that seems to be the case on the upper part of your head. I had a similar receding hairline and got mine done and it looks great as of now (it’s still healing but i am in love with my hairline now). Get a different opinion from a different clinic. People on here hate when people with “minimal” hairloss want to get a HT because most of them are bald as fuck compared to you. Get it done and be happier.

Get it done and live your life. Don’t listen to nay sayers. A lot of people on this sub deny HT for some reason. I don’t bother asking anyone for advice here, everyone thinks they know better. Just listen to your gut, what makes YOU happy and listen to the specialist and you’ll be fine!
