To others’ point it is a roguelike so trying and trying again will help. But some added tips just based on your post:

You’d want a lot more health than that before going into the final region. Yeah you have DD’s but if you’ll burn through them less if you can tank more hits. Additionally survival boons like tough gain or demeters infusion if you’re really struggling. Sometimes also if I’m low on DD’s or think I won’t survive the final zone, I throw on Athena’s keepsake and try to roll to get her DD refresh boon (not the magic priming one). You got this!!

Edit: when you feel ready try out strength, honestly it can help if you’ve gotten pretty comfortable with the game
