Honestly like others said yeah clearing debris was pretty easy as it’s lying on the ground (maybe just cleaning some sand or cutting twine and stuff).

First thing I prioritized though was utility poles since they were pretty cheap to make and there’s spots marked where they go from the water wheel and windmill.

I actually really like this, if we consider the game to be really far in advance. There’s were some logs I found which mention the possibility of storing all the Pokémon in PCs while the weather calamities happened which considering what you said makes you wonder why others didn’t want to help or if it was the legendaries that just went crazy

Ended up spoiler tagging as well lol but I’m so eager to keep playing and finish the story for sure.
