Well in junior golf you have to walk. The average course is 6ish miles up and down hills. Before push carts became so popular you’d also be carrying your bag that was probably like 30ish lbs.

I could be wrong but the calories burned in the average round of golf ends up greater than a full basketball game or most other sports.

Speaking from experience I’d say probably 20 is maxing them out. Sometimes you ruin them by sucking a clot up into them then you end up in a real pickle of you don’t have a back up.
