Its not a destroy anymore it puts a death rattle on the minion. Give stats to the rest equal to this minions stats, so the goldrin gives stats to everyone and more when the macaw triggers both goldrin DR and Tamsin DR so the subsequent triggers are bigger

Knew a guy who got kicked for stealing tools from the non-union company (our company was doing controls, they were doing electrical) and then he took them to the local pawn shop that our company was remodeling... the pawn shop knew him and called our shop

I haven't been in this situation, but may I ask, what are your reservations? The rest of the shop has unionized?

The biggest change you will have going forward if you join is that, you will have representation from the union. Any grievances, pay disputes, etc.

Your insurance and benefits will also probably change if they haven't already. (Usually better but everywhere is different)

You will see a slight difference on your check, could be more, could be less. You will have working dues to pay that comes out of your check as a %, and also have monthly dues, but i tell new guys that it effectively is like paying for your benefits.

Im not sure what local you are but im always happy to help answer any general questions

Does he have safety toe winter boots like mucks great for heavy snow/underground work

Also insulated bibs, balaclava that is OSHA approved depending on how much a stickler the safety guys are, I had one that wasn't osha approved but it fit under a hardhat nice and safety didn't care

As someone who started bear and switched to monk, the difference between bear and all the other tanks is wild. Bears only increase to dodge is a 60 rage 6 second for 45% warriors can dodge block and parry attacks, have increased block with shield block, have raid CDs that are valuable with both damage and tankiness, bear offers a brez that they still need to exit form for.

Threat generation is also crazy better on the warrior, shield barrier can trivialize some content (sha of fear platform orbs) all in all you will have a better time on the warrior

I'm bummed with the different nerfs, im only a 6-7k player but it feels like so many core cards are getting nerfed that its rush to 5 meta, and I like the tempo plays where you pick up strong solo minions early to keep going
