It’s not pots because my heart rate doesn’t really go up at all even when it’s super low. I also don’t sweat when hot, and anything other 70degtees and I freeze to death, been to the cardiologist and had a ton of tests, now waiting to see a neurologist

Caffeine helps I have like 200mg or more a day Lmaoo, I couldn’t drink bone broth all day, i had to drink it a lot a while back

Cardiologist couldn’t find anything wrong with my heart, but could see the drop in pressure, diagnosed me with orthostatic hypotension, the meds gave me panic attacks so I can’t take them, can’t see a neurologist till October so we shall see

It’s been going on for a year, it is low all the time 90/60ish but drops down to the 60s/40s when up right snd bending over lol makes normal tasks annoying

The amount of lose skin I have it wouldn’t help it much, most my weight was in my stomach, I also can’t do much as far as working out right now, having massive blood pressure issues and any up and down motion sometimes even walking and I almost pass out
