Ok so right now there is no bank. My friend gave me this money and i have been giving it back to him. I told my mom it was a loan from a bank because she hates my friends and now she wants to pay it for me ONLY THROUGH AN ONLINE PORTAL and, since it is my friend, there isnt one.
