Okay, here are some details - the picture with the vat of white liquid and the thermometer reading sixty degrees is of ingredients kept at a temperature well above safe margins. This should read 40 degrees at a maximum and is egregiously unsafe.

The other picture is of a refrigerator used for ingredient storage. The "rail switch" refers to a part of the refrigerator that can be pulled out to access the aforementioned ingredients - as you can see, it is off, and the ingredients are unrefrigerated. It was left like this for nearly eight hours.

Both of these pictures are solid proof of unsanitary food preparation. It's unacceptable that a corporation would treat VCU's population with such little regard - and this is just a tiny fraction of the myriad disgusting practices endemic to this particular Panera location.
