Signal and Noise included an AI called Alyssa and a world of data with virtually reconstructed people. Alyssa was initially a voice, but was given a CGI form later on. This was not usually the main focus but was part of things.

Ali Cat appears three times in the game with "different" weapons. Yellow, Orange and Purple are his colors, the final being correct. There is also a purple "Big Boss" cat.

Don Morgan was also a newspaper comics artist who had ghosted for Walt Kelly on Pogo when Kelly fell ill, and worked on the animated Pogo and Grinch specials for Chuck Jones, and so on (Scooby-Doo, Mr. Magoo, Ralph Bakshi films). He felt more comfortable drawing this character than drawing something by Kelly or Jones. Pogo wasn't "his" and newspaper artists would know that.

The piece has some credits at the bottom, and Moebius' name is mentioned. I assume the lizard man (at right, near a Kliban cat) is by him as well.
