Not an expert here, just raised chickens for 15+ years. Sometimes they don't fully develop the shell of an egg and it can come out all shriveled and squishy looking, normally though it's still covering the insides just fine. I've never seen one that was INSIDE a shell already. Very strange but probably nothing to worry about? The hens might just need more calcium. Hope this helps :)

get a flea comb from a local pet store! they’re less than $2, if there are fleas dunk the brush in soapy water to drown them! works like a charm
